Beauty happens through inner work. Dedicating yourself to being a better human being takes a lot of work.
- First, we must be willing to improve ourselves.
- Second, we must prepare our mind so that we can do the right thing.
- Then we must practice.
We must simply follow the right path. Doing so consistently lends power to the good that is already present in us. It increases the momentum of goodness which transforms us into a beautiful human.

All babies are born into the world beautiful and pure. Everyone would agree, that being in the presence of a newborn instantly calms one. Being around children goes to show that being beautiful is our inheritance.
